Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Journal of Accounting Recognition is a peer-reviewed and open access journal that prioritizes the publication of manuscripts from students of the Accounting Study Program. The journal publishes editorials, articles, research, and reviews.

Journal of Accounting Recognition focuses on the results of student research in the field of accounting which includes the themes of management accounting, financial accounting, public sector accounting and sharia accounting. The issue of the Journal of Accounting Recognition is the implementation of good accounting to be applied in society in accordance with student research. The following is an example of a writing format download.

Guidelines for Writing Body Text

Title of manuscript: The title should be informative and be written briefly and clearly. Cannot have multiple interpretations. It must be appropriate to the problem to be discussed. The initial word is written in capital letters and is symmetrical. Article titles do not contain unusual abbreviations.

The main idea should be written down first and followed by an explanation. Article titles must be written in twelve words, 12pt font size, in bold and in centered text format. While the abstract must be written a maximum of 200 words and followed by three to five keywords.

Introduction: The introduction should contain (sequentially and sequentially) the general background and state of the art as the basis for new research questions, statements of new scientific articles, main research problems, and hypotheses. . At the end of the introduction, the purpose of writing the article should be stated. In scientific article format, it is not allowed to write references as in research reports. They should be represented in the literature review to indicate a brand new scientific article.

Methods: Methods applied to solve problems, including analytical methods. The methods used in solving research problems are described in this section.

Discussion and Results: This section consists of research results and discussion. The results obtained from the research must be supported by sufficient data. Research results and findings must be the answers or research hypotheses that have been stated previously in the introduction.

Conclusion: This is the last section which contains conclusions and suggestions. The conclusion will be the answer to the hypothesis, research objectives and research findings. Conclusions should not only contain repetition of results and discussion. Must be a summary of research results as expected by the author in the research objectives or hypotheses. Suggestions contain suggestions related to further ideas from the research.

References: All references used in the article should be listed in this section. In this section, all references used must be taken from primary sources (scientific journals and at least 80% of all references) published in the last ten years. Each article must have at least ten references.

Citation and Reference Guidelines

The author should cite several articles from the Journal of Accounting Recognition.
All data or citations presented in articles taken from articles by other authors must attach a reference source.
Referrals should use a reference management application such as Mendeley, Zotero, or End Note.
The citation format used in the Journal of Accounting Recognition follows the format adopted by the APA 7th Edition (American Psychological Association).

 

Online Submission Guidelines

Documents must be submitted via OJS on the E-journal portal http://journal.unisnu.ac.id/jra
Authors must register as an author on REGISTER

After the registration step is complete, log in as an author, click New Submission.
The article submission stage consists of five stages, namely: (1). Starts, (2). Upload Submission, (3). Enter Metadata, (4). Upload Supplementary Files, (5). Confirmation.

In the Start column, select Journal Section (Full Article), tick all the checklists.

In the Upload Submission column, upload the manuscript file in MSWord format in this column.

In the Enter Metadata column, fill in all the author and affiliation data. Includes Journal Title, Abstract and Indexing Keywords.

In the Upload Supplementary Files column, authors are allowed to upload supplementary files, statement letters, or others.

In the Confirmation column, if the data you have entered are correct, then click Finish Submission.
