Peran ESQ pada Kinerja Karyawan KSPPS BMT di Wilayah Kabupaten Jepara
Abstract
BMT-BMT in Jepara Regency are recruit employees using conventional methods by screening the academic achievements of applicants. and has not accommodated emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Theoretically, IQ or intellectual intelligence only determines 20% of success. And others with a larger portion determined by Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence based on these statements need to be proven by research. This research aims to examine the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the performance of KSPPS Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil BMT Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing Cooperative employees. The research locus is KSPPS and BMT in the Jepara district area. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Google form which is distributed via WhatsApp message to BMT employees in the Jepara Regency area. Based on the research results, the Emotional Quotion EQ variable has a positive influence of 27%, while the Spiritual Quotion SQ variable has a positive influence of 53% on employee performance. The second variable equally influences 79% and is still influenced by other factors outside the variables used.
