ANALISIS TRANSAKSI HUTANG-PIUTANG DENGAN SISTEM IJON
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze debt and receivable transactions with the Ijon system in the village of Jolotigo. The population of this study was 265 people and the samples taken were 159 people. This type of research is field research. The results of the analysis show that: In terms of the pillars and terms of debt bondage system as a contract, the debt bondage system that occurs is a form of debt that is legal and allowed by syara'. If viewed from the length of time the debt bond payment system that occurs is a form of illegal debt and is not allowed by syara'.
